Shipping Policy

• Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided during checkout. Please make sure to provide all the details needed, including apartment/suite/building number. We do not ship to PO boxes.

• All orders will be subject to a shipping charge unless specified. All orders will ship with a tracking number. Tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered will be shipped again at the customer’s expense or canceled.

• Orders are processed within two (2) business days. Once your order has been processed, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to ship. Please be patient as we are a small, growing company and promise to work as fast as possible to fulfill orders. 

• Diverge Studios, LLC (Boki) is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from our facilities to the delivery address. Diverge Studios, LLC (Boki) is also not responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as a reason for chargeback or cancelling the order.
